We have negotiated group rates with the hotels listed below. If you would like to book these hotels, simply choose your hotel and make your booking during the registration process.
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking and the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel within 30 days prior to your booking. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this time a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Rydges South Bank Brisbane
Located just 260 metres from the event venue and connected with an accessible walkway, we have negotiated a room only rate of AUD329 for the King Room or Accessible Room
- Rydges Hotel has access for wheelchairs from the Plaza level of BCEC through a ramp off to the right-hand-side of the access stairs leading into the hotel.
- At the end of ramp is an intercom that calls Rydges Reception directly to allow access to the hotel. This ramp connects to Level 2 of the hotel, which is an accommodation floor, and from here, guests are able to access the hotel via lifts.
Novotel Brisbane South Bank
Located just 300 metres from the event venue, we have negotiated a room only rate of AUD340 for the Standard King ‘N’ Room or Accessible ‘N’ room with King Bed.
